I do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds, including shipping. If you would like to combine your orders, please email me before placing another order to avoid paying fees and shipping twice! I will do my best to combine them, as long as the first order has not been shipped yet. 

Please keep in mind that the colour you see on screen will vary slightly from the actual product, due to differences in screen calibrations and lighting.


1) Are there shipping delays to the COVID-19 situation?

Please also note that due to COVID, USA and international packages can take up to 3 months to arrive, please choose tracked shipping if you would like your package sooner. Thank you for your understanding! If you have any questions or concerns, please message me.

2) How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada. Shipping times will vary based on the type of shipping method selected at checkout, please read carefully the descriptions when deciding!

3) Do you ship to the UK and EU?

UK Customers:

Flat items (like prints and stickers) can be purchased from this shop. Larger items must be purchased from the Etsy shop to due to VAT complications. Thank you for understanding! 

EU Customers:

I will ship out to the EU, however, please note that I can not be held responsible for any custom fees that may incur.

4) How quickly do you ship out?

I try my best to ship out every other day!

5) What should I do if I think my package has been lost?

If the estimated amount of time outlined in your shipping method has passed, please email me your name, order number, and ordered item(s), and I will do my best to help you.

Please understand that once your package is shipped, I'm no longer responsible for it. If your package status is "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contacting the post office to have it resolved, or reaching out to your neighbors who might have received it by mistake. I won't be able to offer you a replacement or a refund in this case.

If the post office returns your package to me and it is reflected in your tracking, please contact me. In this case, I can offer you two options:

1) Refunding your order (excluding shipping fees)

2) Have the package reshipped (with an additional shipping fee added)

If you chose to ship without tracking, I will have no way to help you find your order, so please choose your shipping method carefully!

6) Are orders refundable?

All orders are final sale, unless the item arrived damaged.
